I’ve had this site for a long time and have never really had time to explore it. I don’t really know what I am doing but I will just dink around and learn as I go.
I have been taking a break from writing today, but plan to continue tonight or by tomorrow at the latest. I wanted to go take a walk this evening. It helps me unwind.
I’m trying to recover from a sugar addiction and feeling very anxious and stressed without having much candy today! I don’t mind eating some candy when I want some, but I hate feeling like I have to eat candy, so I am forcing my body to deal with less. My brain feels like it’s going crazy, hopefully walking will get my glucose levels up enough to ‘feed my brain.’
